The car was delivered within the timeframe quoted. Charles Harrison was particularly helpful throughout making sure all the paperwork was up to speed and he was able to answer any questions I had relating to my purchase.

Charles Harrison has done a wonderful job, he was very patient helping find the right spec at a good price. In particular he took time to explain all the features of the car to my car obsessed 13yo and make him feel like part of the process. Thanks!

It was always a pleasure to visit Group 1 at Hindhead. The delivery day was a real pleasure. Steven explained all support options (we took out the 3-year paint protection) and ensured driving away in a new BMW was the experience it should be.

No problems with my recent service experience I had several reminders of the appointment on line and a phone call. I was greeted at the garage on the day and told where to leave my car. The car was washed and vacuumed out before given back to me.

The work was started on time and we were kept up to date with any extra work required and given the price for this so we could make a decision quickly.

The only thing that was missing was the service video run-through of the cars condition, also I did not receive a checkpoint checklist like I normally do telling me the condition of the car as a whole
